Required to Checkout

In order to get check out a cart, you need to get a checkout_token from GET /carts/{cart_id}/bill. And for that to happen, a cart has to have certain information attached to it.

The absolute minimum checkout checklist is:

• Add at least one item to cart.
• Add delivery or pickup information.
• Attach payment details.
